Curled toes!

"You have fallen in love with me, right?" he asked caressing her bare back.

"Why do we fall in love? Fall and love, don't these words contradict each other?" she asked shivering with pleasure.

"I didn't get you." he looked perplexed.

"Love helps us to grow, it nurtures our personality and keeps us happy, then how can we fall in love, doesn't love make us rise?" she said looking into his naked eyes.

"It does, but only when you are loved by the same person whom you love." he said tucking back the flick of hair that fell on her eyes.

"It's a matter of opinion, it's like different flavours of ice cream you know." she flipped on her back and winked.

"Flavour, right now just one thing comes to my mind when you talk about flavours." he smirked.

"Let me taste some of it tonight." she said notoriously and kissed his abs lightly.

She got up and sat on his lap placed her hands on his chest, looked into his eyes and said, "Do you know why I love you so much?"

"I have been asking you this since you proposed to me, tell me please." he yearned for an answer like an aroused man.

She laughed, kissed his chest and said, "I never knew men can get aroused by expecting an answer."

"I am not aroused." he said pressing her ass.

She bent down and started unzipping his jeans.

"You were going to tell me something." he held her hand.

"I am about to give a lifetime experience, you are still stuck there." she continued pulling down his jeans.

"No, today you will answer me first." he held her tight and pulled her closer.

"Don't spoil it now." she winked.

"Not today." he pulled her closer and bit her crimson lips till it bled blue.

She broke the kiss and moved out in the balcony, holding the glass of wine already poured.
Sipping the red drug for her soul she said, "I will lose you forever if I tell, I know."
"No, you won't." He ensured holding her tight and then their lips met while the moonlight shone over their lust engulfed bodies.

"Let me love you tonight." he said kissing her forehead.

"You cannot love me ever, isn't it difficult to love me?" she asked.
"Why?" he asked while biting her neck.

"It was so easy for you to get me on bed." she said moaning.

"So?" he bit her harder and this time on her bosom.

"Girls who are easy to sleep with, are difficult to love." she sighed in pain.

"You are so brutally true." he said while taking her back to the room.

"If it is not brutal, it isn't the truth." she pushed him on bed.

"What are you planning to do?" he held her by her waist.

"Have sex with you." she replied.

"I have sex with you and you make love to me, isn't that so?" he said and made her lie on her back.

"Today you will make love to me and I will have sex." she said and meanwhile unhooked her corset and uncovered her upper body.

"Can't we both make love?" he asked while rolling on bed and pulling her above him.

"We are not lovers and this isn't a love story." she went back to her undone task of pulling down his jeans.

"Then what is this?" he asked looking at her perfectly curved body as if it was crafted in lone time by God of architecture.

"I am in the idea of being in love with you and you just lust on my body." she said getting ready for sucking some life out of him.

"But you said that you love me." he asked while moaning in pleasure.

"But I gave you reasons of why I love you and falling in love needs no reason, so it is just infatuation, it is the idea of being in love, it is a way to keep myself away from loneliness, it is a desire to melt in the arms of someone I have crush on or maybe it is just lust but, but, but it is not love for sure." she said after wiping the corner of her lips.

"Why are you so different?" he asked panting.

"I wasn't like this before, I was a dreamer. Like every other girl I dreamt of a fairy tale life in which my prince charming would come dressed in black coat on a white horse but you told me once that life isn't a fairy tale." she whispered in his ears.

"Why do whisper, you know I get a turn on." he asked and she just winked.

"Turn me on, tonight." she kissed him hard with tongues entwined in one.

"Where is this going?" he asked and chewed her ear lobes.

"Climax." she moaned.

"The ultimate truth." he rolled up the latex.

"Dive in deeper tonight like there is no tomorrow." she whined.

"Be ready to face the high tide waves as the moon is at its best." he said and the darkness witnessed wild passion till dawn broke out.

Black is not a disease, it is my skin colour!

Black is not a disease, it is my skin colour.

Many of us have been blessed with a higher melanin level in our skin and we fall in the colour category of wheatish to black depending on the proportion of the pigment.

Presence of higher melanin level keeps us safe from several skin diseases, the top most being skin cancer.

Now here the question arises why am I boring you with these facts and making you read this.

I am doing it because I want to tell the people around me that I am not suffering from dark skin tone instead I am born with it.

In my life till date I have met many people from aunties to one of my tuition teachers who suggested me to use a few medicated creams, cosmetics or a special cream that can make me fairer.

"Beta, ek nayi cream aai hai market mein. Tum bhi lagao shayad rang thik ho jaye." (Dear, a new cream has launched in the market. Even you should try, may be your skin tone turns fairer.) I have heard these kind of dialogues many times in life and many of you reading this post must have also heard the same and sailed the same boat.

We have grown up feeling inferior and less beautiful but eventually coming across people from different walks of life with broader mindset and deeper thought process I realised that beauty my dear friend always lies in the eyes of the beholder.

Yes, it surely took me few years to accept the fact that I am beautiful too and pretty as hell, that I got ravishing eyes that do the talking and an adorable smile that wins hearts. I have many many friends just because of the person I am and not because of my complexion or physique.

So, here I want to tell you a few things dear well wisher.

Firstly, I love myself.

Yes, I know you tried every possible comment that could break my heart and believe me you were successful but then life happened and here I am standing again with a mended heart and healing wounds.

Secondly, don't suggest me a cure it's my skin colour not a disease.

People who keep on suggesting me to use certain creams and cosmetics stop doing that because seriously I don't need your million dollar advice save it for your own child.

Thirdly, I can take care of my own skin.

Yes, you read it right. I do take 'care' of my skin and not try to cure it. I am not saying that I don't apply anything on my skin. I surely do but mind you not to turn fair but to give my skin the best of the world to keep it clean, lively, young and beautiful but fair, nope.

Lastly, thanks for being the precious well wisher but trust me we don't need you anymore.

So, the next time when you are about to suggest someone to use a fairness cream remember you have a child too and they might need a fairness cream for their heart. Just saying!

For me Black is beauty now.

Book review- Confession of an island by A tan Pal

Two word review-Vicious circle

Synopsis- An island witnesses love and harassment over the period of time.

A woman gets stuck in an island with a stranger having no idea why she is narrating the stories that she has been asked to narrate.

A man who has a heart turns out to be cruel and seek for..shhh.. I won't tell what he seeks, find it out yourself.

Review-
Often we grab a book, but this book grabbed me. I could not put it down until I read the last word.
It was like an adventurous ride through pages where I was riding through unknown turns enjoying every bit of it.
The end was unpredictable on my part and that is what I love the most when I read a thriller mystery book.
The author did justice to the story in his part.
Was in love with it at first read.
Indians can write engrossing thrillers too.

Review: Heart of Bullets

Heart of Bullets Heart of Bullets by Nikhil Kushwaha
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Book- Heart of Bullets
Author- Nikhil Kushwaha
Publishers- Petals Publishers

Critic comes first,I was disappointed with editing of the book. It was recklessly done which could have been better done.

The story is narrated in first person by the protagonist, Arpan. The story revolves around his and his best friend's life. A story of love found, lost and found again.
The scenario of wars was breath taking as if happening live in front of me I could hear the gun rattles myself through words.
A strong story line it has just lost the track in between but then held it back towards the end.
The end was shocking but then love always is crazy.
All together a must read to know what true love is!
Recommended to all those who don't believe in fairy tale love.

Review: Love Story? Seriously!

Love Story? Seriously! Love Story? Seriously! by Shivi Pandey
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Book- Love story? Seriously!
Author- Shivi Pandey
Paperback

Review-A very apt title for the story inside. It wasn't a love story but a love 'search' story.
The story revolves around life of Samar who badly wants love in life that but it always reject him and the moment love enters he rejects it back and finally when he is ready to embrace love a twist happens, read the story for that!
The story moves very smoothly and hardly does it gets boring, the style of writing is crisp and to the point. The story is full of wit and humour. The twist in the end was unexpecting and leaves the reader with many questions that they want to ask the author.

Typos were found but that is common human error.

Recommendation- Don't want to read a love story then read this..slightsmile emoticon

Review: The Crossbow Code

The Crossbow Code The Crossbow Code by MC RAJ
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

History revealed, truth unfolds!

Book- The Crossbow Code
Author- MC Raj.

Review-

The book is all about politics, power, capitalism, dominance and what not. A source of knowledge of the world history answering the loop holes we have had reading history in classes.
A totally different picture of the father of the nation that are kept hidden behind the black and blue text in our history books.

The masquerade fell from filthy faces of the people who call them as follower of Jesus.

I personally loved the one liners or the text in Italics as the summary of the paragraphs and revelation of the deeper meaning hidden in it.
In author's style I would like to conclude, 'History revealed, truths unfolded.

The book had typos which is a common human error and repetition of terms like Pandora's box could have been avoided.

Reccomendation-Recommended to those who take a keen interest in world history and are ready to accept the truth.

Review: Behind The Curtain

Behind The Curtain Behind The Curtain by Ankit Gupta
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Book- Behind the curtain
Author-Ankit Gupta "Aseer"
Type- E-book
Synopsis- This book talks about different social issues, from the dark childhood to women bleeding blue, from female infanticide to burning her for dwory, the book takes you to the dark allies of India.
The book was originally written in hindi and then was translated in english by Ashiya Ansari and the job is well done.

Review- When you switch your mobile data off and then eventually end up putting it on flight mode so that you don't get disturbed while reading an e-book and reading it an hour before taking an exam is an act that tells it all.
As soon as I received the book I could not resist reading it and reading it all at once. I could not realize when the book ended as I kept on pressing the next button but the page did not flip.
All the poems were captivating and by the end of it I had damp eyes seeing my India captivated in the walls of these social issues.
They are beautifully weaved by "Aseer" and balanced with correct emotions.

There were two typos that I could see but then human error is unavoidable.

A must read book on the issues that is burning India.

Review: Love Forever @ Rajpath

Love Forever @ Rajpath Love Forever @ Rajpath by Kalpana Mishra
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Book- Love forever@ Rajpath
Author- Kalpana Mishra.

Synopsis- The story is based in Delhi and revolves around the lives of Shalini and Kartik, who eventually happen to work in the same government office and destiny make the cupid strike the arrow of love on them.

Review- The story is beautifully woven in the government office but its not just an usual love story. The story also highlights some common problems that we usually don't ponder upon, one being absence of public washrooms for women.
Later the story also talk about forceful marriage, 'Jabra bihah' that happens in Bihar which is not known to a lot of people.
I found the story to be different and interesting. It is away from the mushy love stories that are the everyday affair today and boring.
Its a readable treat for those who are bored of the teenage love story and want to read a sensible story with a strong plot.
